Share Syndicate began with a heart to serve vulnerable people through faith, compassion and meaningful partnership.
That calling led to THE REFUGE located in Borovtsi, Bulgaria — a place with a long history of care through the work of Bulgarian Child, Inc. and a renewed future through partnership with Michael Gott International.
At its heart, the story of Share Syndicate is about people coming together to serve with purpose, compassion and faith.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to bring faith to life through practical care, compassionate refuge and hope-filled support.
Through THE REFUGE, Share Syndicate helps to provide a place where vulnerable individuals and families can be seen, supported and cared for with dignity. We offer shelter, meals, spiritual counseling, life-skills support and community outreach for those who need help.
We believe in compassionate action — in showing up, serving faithfully and creating the space for healing and hope.

founder & ministry coordinator
Amy Pannell is the founder of Share Syndicate and serves as Ministry Coordinator for Michael Gott International, bringing a lifetime of ministry experience, thoughtful leadership and a deep heart for serving others.
As the daughter of Michael and Jan Gott, Amy has been closely connected to the mission of MGI throughout her life. Her background in ministry, education and nonprofit leadership helps her support meaningful outreach, trusted partnerships and day-to-day ministry work with care and purpose.
Amy also serves as chair of Global Christian Scholarships and helps to oversee MGI’s scholarship ministry. She studied at Liberty University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Amy and her husband, Jim, live in Texas and are proud parents to Grant and Lauren Grace. Grant plays a vital role working alongside Jim, and his wife, McKenzie, works as a graphic designer at a world-renowned museum. Grant and McKenzie recently welcomed their first child, making Amy and Jim proud grandparents. Lauren Grace, a retired Muay Thai world champion, is engaged to be married in Scotland in the summer of 2026, where she will live with her future husband, Joshua.
At the heart of Share Syndicate’s work is THE REFUGE, a place of safety, care and restoration in Borovtsi, Bulgaria, serving vulnerable individuals and families through practical support, spiritual encouragement and compassionate outreach.
This summer, THE REFUGE will host CAMP REFUGE, a summer care camp for Ukrainian youth who have experienced war, displacement and loss. Through joyful activities and trauma-informed care, CAMP REFUGE will offer children a safe place to rest, play and begin to heal.
Together with Bulgarian Child, Inc. and Michael Gott International, Share Syndicate is helping to create a place where healing can begin and hope can take root.

Michael Gott International is a non-profit association totally committed to communicating to as many people as possible how the good news of Jesus Christ can revolutionize any life. Michael and Jan Gott believe that the sharing of this good news - evangelism - is the wonderful activity of God's love expressed through God's people producing a purposeful and continual attempt to lead others to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and encouraging all to serve Him as a lifetime commitment.

CAMP REFUGE is one of the first initiatives growing out of THE REFUGE’s mission of safety, healing and hope. Deeply rooted in Christian faith and compassionate service, each initiative is created to meet practical needs while offering spiritual encouragement, dignity and care.
As Share Syndicate continues to serve vulnerable communities, future initiatives will carry this same heart — bringing faith to life through offering compassionate support and a place to begin again.
